  • Adoption of the Club’s Accounts
  • Update of the Clubs 5 Year Plan
  • To fix the membership entrance fees and subscription levels for 2021 and dates subscriptions due.
  • Appointment of club’s Reporting Accountant

5. To elect/re-elect officers

6. To consider any other business submitted in writing to the Secretary

7. To fix the date of the next AGM
